Health and Social Care

Introduction

Health and Social Care (Level 1/2  BTEC Tech Award) is taught by Miss Ashdown. Miss Ashdown has a degree from the Open University that incorporates numerous modules in maths and education. She started working at Chipping Norton school in 2005 as part of the learning support department and gained QTS status in 2019. She also works within the maths department and has a passion for numbers. She finds human development fascinating and enjoys watching all students progress with an enthusiasm for SEN.

Health and Social Care is a combination of internally marked assessments and one externally marked assessment conducted under examination conditions.
